Other Configurations
of Pasha Ali's Palace

Pasha Ali's fortified palace
in its compact configuration with north and south wings and the gate piece framing the courtyard.

Photos by Alan Welch.

The L-shaped wings have been moved away,
and the gate separated from them.

The central building can stand alone - it is finished out down to the ground on all sides - or one or both wings can be added in different places and combinations.

Here the northern wing has been placed around the south side and back of the main building. The south wing, with its gallery is now a northward extension of the smaller part of the main building.
